QueueQuest Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QueueQuest application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our application.

2. User Account

2.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

2.2 Account Restrictions

• Users must be at least 13 years old
• One person may only create one account
• Sharing of accounts is prohibited

3. User Conduct

When using QueueQuest, you agree not to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Post offensive, abusive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use the app for commercial purposes without our consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality

4. Intellectual Property

QueueQuest and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app, but grant QueueQuest a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute this content within the app.

5.2 Content Guidelines

• Do not upload copyrighted material without permission
• Do not post explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
• You are responsible for the content you create

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Subscription Tiers

• QueueQuest offers both free and premium subscription levels
• Pricing and features are subject to change
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

6.2 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

QueueQuest is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Account Deletion and Termination

8.1 User-Initiated Deletion

You may delete your QueueQuest account at any time through the following methods:

• In-app account deletion option in the user settings

8.2 Deletion Process

When you delete your account:

• All personal data will be permanently removed from our systems
• Your watch history, lists, and preferences will be irrecoverably deleted
• Any active subscriptions will be immediately canceled
• You will lose access to all QueueQuest features

8.3 Account Termination by QueueQuest

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

8.4 Post-Deletion

After account deletion:

• You can create a new account if you wish to use QueueQuest again
• Previous data will not be recoverable
• Any paid subscription will not be prorated or refunded

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
